I’m Danelle Triplett, Founder and Healthcare Consultant of Devanity Consulting Solutions. With more than 18 years of experience in healthcare, I’ve gained firsthand knowledge of what it takes to provide quality care, support healthcare professionals, navigate day-to-day operations, and build systems that help healthcare businesses succeed.
My journey in healthcare has expanded far beyond working in the field. As an entrepreneur, healthcare educator, CPR/BLS instructor, notary, mentor, and business owner, I understand healthcare from both sides—the care behind the business and the business behind the care.
I created Devanity Consulting Solutions to help aspiring and established healthcare entrepreneurs turn their ideas into organized, professional, and sustainable businesses. I provide practical guidance in healthcare business startup, policies and procedures, compliance readiness, staff training, operational development, and ongoing consulting support.
Why I Do This
I believe having a passion for helping people is only the beginning. A successful healthcare business also needs structure, knowledge, strong systems, properly trained staff, organization, and accountability.
My approach is hands-on and educational. I don't want clients to simply receive documents or a checklist without understanding them. I want the business owners I work with to understand what they're building, why each piece matters, and how to operate confidently after the consulting process is complete.
